Annie is an award-winning author, mom, and certified Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation teacher, as well as a Reiki Master. She is the creator of The OLOS Method, a holistic approach that helps clients take the pause to connect and align mind, body, soul, and spirit for true wellbeing.
A graduate of UCLA with a degree in History, Annie brings a unique blend of corporate experience—as an editor, recruiter, and sales manager—alongside her roles as a mom, wife, and teacher. This diverse background provides her with a multifaceted perspective that enriches her teaching and writing.
Known as “The Calm Teacher,” Annie seamlessly integrates her practices into her writing, author visits, one-on-one sessions, and workshops. She empowers adults, children, and families to manage emotions, shift energy and thoughts and embrace a lifestyle of clarity, purpose, and balance. Her work inspires healing, hope, and happiness.
